an inspired life
Yoga practices designed to inspire and uplift.
I believe that Yoga has the power to transform—not just the body, but the way we move through life. My classes are designed to inspire and uplift, blending alignment and fluidity with intelligent sequencing, mindful breathwork, and a deep appreciation for the joy of movement. Influenced by my dance background and years of traditional yoga studies, I create space for you to feel both challenged and supported, offering practical wisdom along the way. Expect to learn, play, and connect more fully to yourself—on the mat and beyond.

Yoga in Little Tibet
Join me on an adventure to the “Roof of the World.” Tucked high in the Indian Himalayas, Ladakh—often called Little Tibet—is a land of breathtaking contrasts: vast deserts, shimmering lakes, and snowcapped peaks. Deeply rooted in Tibetan Buddhist culture, the region hums with ancient mantras, colorful monasteries, and timeless traditions that inspire presence and wonder.
Our journey begins in Leh, the vibrant capital surrounded by historic palaces, before venturing to the villages of Uletokpo and Saboo. Along the way, you’ll be guided by locals who will open the door to Ladakh’s rich heritage and spiritual depth. Together, we’ll explore centuries-old monasteries, wander through traditional markets, and connect with the rhythms of mountain life. This retreat is an invitation to step away from the familiar and immerse yourself in the sacred. With daily yoga practices, meaningful cultural experiences, and time for reflection, this voyage will awaken your spirit and leave you forever touched by the magic of Little Tibet. Reserve your spot by December 11th to save $500!
A little more about me …
I discovered yoga at a time when I needed it most. After walking away from a decade of devotion to dance, I felt lost in the world. Yoga offered me a path home to myself. The asana practice felt like a continued thread of conversation that allowed me to move through my own personal evolution and reconnect to my body.
Since then, I have been immersed in the study and practice of yoga and meditation, completing 500+ hours of teacher training through YogaWorks with some of the best teachers from around the world. I have been teaching for more than a decade now and the practice continues to be my anchor—a daily ritual that fosters balance, clarity, and a deep sense of presence. Sharing the tools of this practice with others feels like the most natural and fulfilling path, and I am forever grateful to be able to do what I love and share the journey with you.
